HISTORY

Trademark Development & Construction was founded by Mr. Terry Ooten, evolving from Ooten Properties Inc. in an effort to initiate, implement, and maintain ownership and/or management of its own development projects.

Since our company's inception, our headquarters has been located in Tallahassee Florida. Our ongoing commitment to Northwest Florida, its businesses, communities and residents has helped grow our property portfolio to more than 150,000 square feet of commercial space and over 460,000 square feet of residential space. Our clients include national and local business tenants, as well as an impressive list of companies who have utilized our extensive real estate services. We have developed key relationships with leaders in the public and private sectors throughout the northwest area of Florida and Alabama.
